We know what options we need, some off them coming with some package only, we did some compromise because I never pay anything what I don't need. I'm sorry, I 'm not a typical Mercedes customer, but this is our second Mercedes what we bought from MB of Cincinnati. Melanie was friendly and informative at our every visit : 5 star for her. The car is good, we selected the best color from the palette, we are very happy now. What I don't like: the glove box is too small for the owner book package, front door packet is better designed on our BMW X1 for hold water bottle, and I missing the nets from the front seats back.
