Charlene has been in the car business for 30 years. She has been with Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati since 1997 and is Master Certified. Her car career started in Houston, TX, restoring British Cars at an independent repair shop, where she lived with her Husband Charlie. Throughout her career she has also worked with manufacturers such as Jaguar, Rolls Royce, and Landrover. She now has 2 wonderful adult children, and enjoys all outdoor activities such as camping, boating, and riding ATV’s.

My overall experience with Mercedes of Cincinnati especially Jim Rutter and Charlene Salyers has always been of the highest level of satisfaction. When having my previous car serviced, Charlene was a especially Jim Rutter and Charlene Salyers has always been of the highest level of satisfaction. When having my previous car serviced, Charlene was always very professional, detail oriented and responsive to my needs. Also, she was always very pleasant to deal with. Jim Rutter has always exhibited the highest level of professionalism and knowledge of the overall car industry and especially Mercedes Benz. Working with Jim has been enjoyable and stress-free. He has always treated me and my family with respect while exhibiting a friendly personality. His ability to make me feel at ease, makes purchasing a vehicle less stressful and enjoyable. I have also been appreciative of his responsiveness to my e-mails and phone messages. I have recommended Mercedes of Cincinnati, to several of my friends. The only issue with Mercedes Benz is the pricing of the vehicles. Although I really enjoy my S-Class, I feel that the overall value of the vehicle is priced at a premium. More

I have been buying cars at this dealership for 25 years. I have had service handled by Charlene Salyers for most of that time and I have purchased the last 3 cars from Chris Walker. Charlene is very quick to get me in and out when I drop off my car, keeps me informed of what is going on during the process and has the car ready when it's supposed to be. If there is a change due to unforseen circumstances, she also calls right away to let me know so I can plan the rest of the day. Chris Walker has been great to work with also. The second car I bought from him was an especially good experience. I was looking for a particular car and as soon as one came up that met the criteria, he called and gave me a VERY attractive price. The 3rd car became very complicated because of the nature of the trade in and instead of giving up, he managed to come up with a creative idea that made the deal possible. He always went above and beyond and although I knoiw the dealership has to make money, he always worked on my behalf to get the best deal possible. I am very happy with their service and would continue to buy cars at this dealership just due to both Chris and Charlene. I recommend them very highly! More

I purchesed my first Mercedes-Benz in 1996 when the E-320 was introduced. I've had superb service through the 16 years of ownership. Charlene has answered my needs well. After 16 years my husband persuaded me, rather unwillingly, to look at the new E-350. Zack Glutz was recommended by a mutual friend who is VERY particular. Our friend has bought four cars through the years from Zack. In our case Zack has met all our expectaions. And the car has too. Zack spent a lot of time explaining the different features and even stopped by our home to make sure the garage opener was working properly. Now that's service. Zack is personable, available and knowledgeable. I am glad to have him as my mentor for this mechanical marvel. This is my second car from this dealer. I chose it mainly because it is close to my work and home and the cars are nice. But what keeps me here is Charlene.
