Charlene has been in the car business for 30 years. She has been with Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati since 1997 and is Master Certified. Her car career started in Houston, TX, restoring British Cars at an independent repair shop, where she lived with her Husband Charlie. Throughout her career she has also worked with manufacturers such as Jaguar, Rolls Royce, and Landrover. She now has 2 wonderful adult children, and enjoys all outdoor activities such as camping, boating, and riding ATV’s.

Cla250 4-matic I've bought three new MB's over the last 8 years, all from this dealership. All from Carlos. I have no complaints! Way better service than I ever got from Other dealerships. Maintenance can be costly. But when you get your car I believe they'll make you happy 4 and a half out of 5 times. More

First, I have had an on-and-off relationship with MB Cincy for about 15 years. We have previously owned a C Class and SLK Mercedes. Charlene from Service and Carlos from Sales have always been best-in- Cincy for about 15 years. We have previously owned a C Class and SLK Mercedes. Charlene from Service and Carlos from Sales have always been best-in-class as far as I am concerned. I had the same good experience with my most recent used car purchase this week. As we consider replacing yet another car in the near term, we will certainly consider MBCincy. More

Had to replace a wiper motor on my Mercedes. My car is under a third party warranty and Charlene spoke directly with the warranty company and made the transaction seem very seamless. In my recent visit to Service for an oil change, I wandered over into the show room and found an awesome gift for my wife (a new E350A Convertible). The team headed up by Jack Hoffman is so easy to work with that it made the purchase super easy. Zach Glutz is the best Sales Executive on the planet and he really knows his products! This is my 6th car from Zach and he makes picking up a new ride pure fun!!! More

Both Zach Glutz and Charlene Salyers have exceeded our expectations for customer service in dealing with automotive dealers. Most recent experience was September 6 when my wife's E350 would not start and Charlene expedited the bureaucratic process of my phoning in the problem to a number in New Jersey. I went to the dealership to report the problem and Charlene hooked me up with the service man who immediately drove me to the disabled car to start it. More

Charlene as usual took excellent care of the car's problems. She is extremely competent and makes the explanation both complete and coherent. I love dealing with MB of Cinn. There is never any pressure during the sales process. My wife is pretty hard to deal with when buying a new car and Zach was great and was very patient working with her pressure during the sales process. Charlene keeps both our Mercedes in top working order. And while I am usually in a hurry to get going when I drop my car off for service, she always takes time to explain what needs to be done and answer my questions. More
