He was truly the most professional salesman we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. There was no pressure. No promises that a reasonable person knew were impossible to keep. Based on this initial meeting, I decided that I would bring my wife on my next visit to get her involved. She, like me, was very impressed with Zach. The best treatment came once we decided to buy. Rather than lowering the level of attention, Zach continued to stay beside through the paperwork and delivery. Throughout the process Zach introduced us to Dana, Charlene, and Robert all of whom were most gracious. In summary, this was the best car buying experience we could have hoped for. More

He was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and most responsive to my automotive wants and concerns. The GLK250 is my first Mercedes Benz and Zach calmed my nerves, put me at ease and I did a test drive in what would eventually become my new car. OMG I love this automobile. My brother Dr. Everett Gregory sent me to the right sales professional. Everett has purchased an SL, CD, and E series from Zach, beginning when your organization was Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati on Rt 4, in Fairfield. Zach is a true professional and should be given a 'top generation' (30 yr.) sales rep award. Fun experience Several years ago I met Jed Hargett when my usual salesperson was not available. I don't remember all the circumstances but I do remember that it was a pleasant and productive experience, so I went to Jed when my usual salesperson retired. Buying my new Mercedes GLK was actually fun and I love the vehicle! I am a very picky person. I had many questions, all of which Jed answered to my satisfaction. He even stood out in the rain to show me how the cell phone hookup works. This is the fourth vehicle I have bought from Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati because of the quality of their Salespeople like Jed, their Service Department and my Service Adviser Charlene Salyers. I am 81 years young and I don't know how many more Mercedes I'll buy, but I'll buy them from Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati. More
