I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma Trailhunter & a TRD Sequoia from Brandon and the Sales Manager Patrick. My wife & I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, honesty, and a personal touch that’s hard to come by these days for sure! Brandon was knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all pushy. He took the time to walk me through all the features of the Trailhunter, answered my questions patiently, and made sure I felt confident in the vehicle I was choosing. It was clear he genuinely wanted to make sure I got exactly what I needed—nothing more, nothing less. Patrick, was equally impressive. He was upfront, transparent about the numbers, and made the paperwork process quick and painless. Eight years ago after I bought my Toyota Sienna, and for some reason the finance manager didn't want me to get the idea that I had gotten as good a deal as I thought I had. He told me I spent more than the some reason the finance manager didn't want me to get the idea that I had gotten as good a deal as I thought I had. He told me I spent more than the average. That hurt my feelings and I haven't got a clue why he said it. I was thinking about taking off three stars from the review for the dealership because of that.. That"s how long my memory is for being mistreated. However, over that eight years I have had nothing but excellent service from the service department. So I gave them the stars they deserved. The important thing to remember is that people in the car industry should be careful about what they say to customers and to respect them. One wrong word can be remembered for a lifetime and be brought to light in the minds of an untold number of people in that customer's community of relationships. That's the point of having these surveys I imagine. More
