Carlos is the Service Manager at INFINITI of South Bay and is also one of our longest employed employees – he has been here for 21 years and 6 months, only two others have been here longer. When we inquired about what he likes most about INFINTI of South Bay, Carlos replies; “It’s the employees and the relationships we have together. We are a close-knit team who works well together here and that also enjoys personal time together. We’ve had softball and paintball teams together, we sometimes go fishing together, and we always love to share a meal.” Married for 16 years, Carlos is blessed with five children and two grandchildren - and this is where he spends most of his time. In the little free time he has, Carlos loves taking a ride on his Harley Davidson to feel the wind in his hair, see the passing sights and to just relax and enjoy.

Took my car for an oil change and when I got it back they had knocked off some ambient LED lights that I had installed under the dashboard and they yanked off the clips in the front where you attach the mats had knocked off some ambient LED lights that I had installed under the dashboard and they yanked off the clips in the front where you attach the mats do they can stay in place. I took it back to get that fixed and I was accused of doing that myself. This is the 3rd Infiniti I have owed. We bought a $40,000 usd car and we have been accused of trying to scam the dealer ship of a $10 usd clip?? Once they stop wasting my time and have me take off work to fix my car only to have me re-schedule because they didn’t have the clips to installed I don’t think I will ever go back ro this dealer ship. The service manager Carlos was the one that insinuated that I was the one that broke the clips. very humiliating. Terrible customer service ethics. I do not want to speak to him again, I requested to speak to another manager after I was insulted of lying. if you want to get more feedback please feel free to contact me. I will never refer a family member or a friend to this dealer ship for service.
