Greenway Kia East responded

I'm sorry to learn about your experience with our service department. We strive to keep our customers updated and informed about scheduling, so it's disappointing that we didn't meet those expectations this time around. I will share this feedback with my team and I invite you to reach out if there's anything else you'd like to discuss at this time. Thank you, Ginam Carpio - Service Manager - ginamcarpio@greenwayauto.com
