I told myself I'd never go back after I had multiple bad experiences a couple years ago. I questioned how ethical the dealership was trying to charge a diagnostic fee for recall work, where other dealership experiences a couple years ago. I gave it one last try after several years of not giving the dealership any business and have to say I think they've cleaned up the areas I've had issues with in the past. And how does an engine light turn off that's been on for 2 weeks....you all cleared the code, that's how.... It was not "doctor syndrome" like you said, cars don't do that! I was told I wouldn't be charged for 2nd diagnostic test because it was the same issue....here I am $450 & 2 test later. More
