Little communication; long wait times. Had significant repairs but little conversation about them. Instead of informing me during the repair process, they waited until the car was washed & Had significant repairs but little conversation about them. Instead of informing me during the repair process, they waited until the car was washed & ready to go before telling me I needed new brakes & battery. I did the brakes 2 weeks ago & the battery this week. With the battery I had to seek out the service person to check on the car which they said had been ready for 10 minutes but wasn’t invoiced. Typically I see the service people come out to talk with customers before repairs are completed & call out when repairs are complete. This wasn’t my experience & I spent about $700 in 2 weeks & there was little to no interest in me or my business. More

Went in for an issue with radio. Was told they would call me Witt a price . Gave them all day to call me and nothing. Called the next day, left a message for the guy that helped me. Was told they would call me Witt a price . Gave them all day to call me and nothing. Called the next day, left a message for the guy that helped me. Was told I would get a call back asap. This is the end of day 3 and still no call Witt pricing on the radio and install. So I bought elsewhere. This place used to be great until they got rid of the old crew and brought in these new desk guys. I made my last trip to glen toyota service Dept. Not to mention, the radio and navigation should not break after 5 years and 55k miles on a 4 runner limited. Very sad. Toyota should replace no questions asked. Will be looking into a bronco asap. More
