New car and first ever Honda! I was instantly greeted by a member of the dealership who then got Erin for me, whom I dealt with over the phone after I submitted a form online. She then greeted me and set me up with Robert Dawes who was very friendly and had a great personality and made me feel instantly comfortable in talking with him. We went for a test drive, which was nervous about only because it was not my car we’d be driving. But I felt at ease the whole time. He made the whole process very easy and straightforward. I told him I was nervous about it all, since it was my first time buying a car by myself but he was right there with all the info and support and I could need! he was great throughout the whole process. Even when I had to come back for paperwork reasons. He was right there and stayed with me during the paperwork process! Rob is great! And I look forward to buying from Lia again! More
