My wife and I went to a couple of different Honda dealerships, getting hassled and bullied around, and Lia of Albany was our last stop. I looked online and saw they had the vehicle we wanted. Called dealerships, getting hassled and bullied around, and Lia of Albany was our last stop. I looked online and saw they had the vehicle we wanted. Called to make sure the vehicle was still there the morning of the day we wanted to go look at it because we couldn’t get there until the late afternoon and wanted to walk away with the car that day. When we arrived we got placed with Brett Reihs, told him the exact car we came to see, and he went to get the car. Unfortunately, the car had been sold a few hours before. Defeated and worn down, Brett made sure the car sale was going to go through (it was). With no other car to look at we were about to leave then Brett told us to hold on and he came back with some good and bad news. He looked at the inventory that they had in transit and sure enough the car we wanted they were going to get but in a week and a half. Maybe we just got lucky but Brett went above and beyond to try to get us what we wanted. There was no playing games and no bullying around. It was a great experience and anyone who wants a Honda go to Lia of Albany and see Brett Reihs. More
