We had an appointment with this dealership to have the oil changed on a Grand Highlander that was purchased there. It took them 3 hours and I still don’t think that they changed the oil. Can’t be verified. I called the service department 3 times and was put on an indefinite hold, each time, while “they consulted with the manager/technicians” . Finally they put me in touch with someone who could only say “ they were swamped “. Time is our most important commodity! We can’t go to a “Dealership “ and get more! However we can go to a better Dealership to get our next Toyota! Boltons can change the oil from now on…

in the Service Bay. They took down my information and I told him I would wait for service to be completed in the customer waiting area. The represent

When the representative came to get me to tell me, my car was ready only 40 minutes at elapsed. My 24 month inspection was completed. I gave me an oil change tire rotation and sent me on my way. Whenever I need something done to my car. I will be back to Gene Messer Service dept.Thanks & Have a happy day.
