He took me through a test drive where he showed me all the features of the car. Plus, he ensured the finance process was smooth and quick! He had me in and out the door with car keys in hand. The entire team and experience was truly great. AND I love my new car!!! More

Friendly and Professional Buying Experience I purchased a certified pre-owned BMW from Brad Schultz at BMW of Cincinnati North. I reached out to Brad after reading some of the positive reviews a I purchased a certified pre-owned BMW from Brad Schultz at BMW of Cincinnati North. I reached out to Brad after reading some of the positive reviews and was not disappointed. I explained I was located out of state and would need some extra support to complete the purchase and Brad more than met my expectations. As a long time BMW fan I was pleased to hear we shared some common interests and own similar cars. He provided all the requested information and history as well as very detailed pictures. Throughout the entire process he was friendly, competent and professional. He even offered to pick me up from the airport on my arrival into Cincinnati. The car was in excellent condition and was offered at a fair price. I'd also like to thank Qasim for his support as well. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've had and I would highly recommend Brad and his colleagues at BMW of Cincinnati North to anyone purchasing a car. More
