A couple of weeks ago, I had no plan nor intent to upgrade Outstanding customer service experience by Brad Schultz at BMW of Cincinnati North today ! A couple of weeks ago, I had no plan nor intent to upgrade my BMW. I received a general courtesy check-in email from Brad who sold me my 328i about 3 years ago. I was impressed that he remembered me, and very quickly became curious on what vehicles he had available. In a very short period of time, he provided me with customized options and specifics on what I could get as a trade-in. Needless to say, I just walked away from BMW of Cinci North with my new 340i GT and could not be happier !!
