During our first visit to Jake Sweeney's lot we arrived a few minutes before closing. Brad stayed late and took the time to answer all of our questions and even let us test drive the car. Now, that's great customer service! A couple days later we signed the dotted line, but before I pulled away Brad made sure I knew how to operate all of my high tech features and functions inside the car. He was very knowledgable and made sure the car fit me and my preferences since I am the primary driver. Choosing the car was a no brainier, but Brad really made the whole experience enjoyable. Everytime I get in my car I have a huge smile on my face thanks to Brad and Jake Sweeney BMW for a quality car and superior service.
