Brad Shultz, our salesperson worked to make sure we were completely satisfied with our decision to buy our vehicle from BMW of Cincinnati North. We were at the dealership for about 4 hours. We mostly interfaced with Brad, however, everyone was amazingly friendly and tentative to our needs. The environment was alive and upbeat – very nice. It is a joy to do business with kind and friendly people. Brad, Qasim, and Crystal made us feel good about our purchase because they made us feel like we were working with friends – not salespeople. A wonderful car shopping experience! I found the car on line but the car was over a 3 hour drive away. Car consultant Brad Schultz was happy to take a look at the car and point out any f I found the car on line but the car was over a 3 hour drive away. Car consultant Brad Schultz was happy to take a look at the car and point out any flaws so I knew what I was getting. I must say the whole experience was beyond my expectations as Brad had ALL my paperwork ready to go and the finance office literally took MINUTES to approve me and get me a GREAT percentage rate on my loan. This experience may have spoiled me for life for what I will expect from now on when buying a new or used car! More
