I've purchased my 2019 from costal, the process was super easy and simple (shocker) they were able to get me in a car in my price range! I have also have taken both my Kia's there for servicing!! My "new to me" 2013 Sorento broke down and needed a new engine. It was a Saturday afternoon and AAA towed it to the service department. Monday I got a call about what needed to happen. I was given a rental engine. It was a Saturday afternoon and AAA towed it to the service department. Monday I got a call about what needed to happen. I was given a rental car and was told it would be ready the following week. By Wednesday the same week, my car was done. A few things got repaired/replaced and mostly under warranty. The process was quick and fairly painless. When it came time to return the rental car I was told I could leave it at the dealership. Even easier! Both KIA and Hertz were amazing in the situation. She even sprayed and wiped a bench that I wanted to sit on that was outside. More

Other than waiting outside for them to open and explaining that I did not make the appointment it was made during the last visit I had, the service was quick and everyone was nice. More
