Bill is happily married to his wife Jenny and he has three children: Becky, Rob, and David. His family also has two dogs, two cats, and three parrots. Bill enjoys playing golf and fishing. He also is a supporter of the Philadelphia Eagles.

@GM @TAKATAAirbagRecall General Motors Koons Tysons Chevy Buick GMC NHTSA Kept getting the Takata recall postcards. I take my car into Koons Tyson’s GMC in Tysons. They do the recall and a week later wh Buick GMC NHTSA Kept getting the Takata recall postcards. I take my car into Koons Tyson’s GMC in Tysons. They do the recall and a week later while driving out of state the Service Airbag message shows up on my dash. Now, Koons of Tysons are trying to deny their service caused this error. The dealership in TX wants almost $150 to diagnose. They said if the error is not caused by the recall work, they would charge me the $150. I know they are going to fix Koon’s screwup and then blame the problem on something else, and charge me. DO NOT buy or take your car to Koon’s of Tysons for service. They are really nice when you schedule and bring your car in, but rude as xxxx when they don’t do the work right and you want them to fix. I bought the Tahoe used 3 years ago and never got this error until AFTER taking it in for recall work. This problem is 💯 from the recall work Koons did. I guess that’s why GM is aka, Government Motors. I try to buy American (first car was a Jeep), but this is why my next car is going to be a foreign manufacturer. Never had this type of service issues when we had the Kia or Honda. More

Koons’ service is great. They are courteous and knowledgeable and when I show up for a service they are prepared and get me in and out and on my way. Although I live about 50 miles from Koons I wi knowledgeable and when I show up for a service they are prepared and get me in and out and on my way. Unreliable-Charge for work not done-Fake Maintenance Work not performed properly- Broken suspension part 'Greased' in lieu of replacement TWICE! Had to pay for at a local shop to have it done properly. Work not performed properly- Broken suspension part 'Greased' in lieu of replacement TWICE! Had to pay for at a local shop to have it done properly. Oil filter never changed after 3 times in for changes (have proof)! Lie to customers (not just me-Friends too). GM Warranty service charged to GM for work they never performed. STAY AWAY! More
