While this was my third Honda vehicle, this was my first new car purchase. Bob Briney made the experience very easy and smooth. He took the time to explain any questions I had and made sure I felt comfortab new car purchase. Bob Briney made the experience very easy and smooth. Bob was able to successfully multi-task with multiple customers at once while still making me feel important and attended to. Bob is a real professional that I have already recommended to friends looking for new vehicles. My experience with the finance office was ok, but it took a bit longer because the Ken kept entering information onto the forms incorrectly and having to reprint the paperwork. As a result, I wasn't confident that he knew the correct numbers. I also felt that he did not always explain things very clearly. The service/parts department was good but not as excellent as working with sales. When I checked my car in to have accessory items added, Austin was polite but not overly friendly. Only one person in the entire service and parts area seemed to be wearing a mask. This left me feeling uncomfortable in the middle of a pandemic. They did provide me a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on that was also a new CR-V which I appreciated. More
