This is the 5 year in a row the AC on my 2016 Civic has stopped working. Basney service has gone out of their way to accommodate and correct the issues, all under warranty. But, being a first time Honda stopped working. Basney service has gone out of their way to accommodate and correct the issues, all under warranty. But, being a first time Honda owner, I’m growing tired of the inconvenience of having leave it at the dealer while the AC is fixed every year. I was hopeful to get several years of reliable service from the vehicle, but at this time I’m growing disappointed at the quality of my civic. Basney service has been great, but I will feel better about the product if the AC continues to work without the need of a service ever year. More
