We were directly told that the only way to get a lower interest rate was by purchasing GAP insurance. That felt misleading and manipulative. Financing terms should be transparent, and customers shouldn’t feel pressured into buying add-ons just to secure a better rate. Additionally, part of our agreement was that the first payment would be due two months out. That was clearly not communicated properly in the final paperwork, which added even more frustration and disappointment. What made the situation worse was the tactic of putting a bow on the car and encouraging us to transfer all of our personal belongings into the new vehicle before the deal was fully finalized. That creates emotional pressure and makes it harder for customers to walk away if they’re uncomfortable with the financing terms. This experience felt less about helping us and more about selling high-profit add-ons. On top of it all she lied ti the sales person and stated she brought up the giving up the agreement of the 1st payment due two months out when her and I never discussed it since I made it very clear to the sales person that was non negotiable term. Honestly, I would suggest to not bring your business to this particular location all because of this team member. More

I am so sorry, I forgot her name because I only met her one time at the end. they worked together to finalize a deal with me on a Used Toyota Rav4. Anyways. It was a good experience. They pushed for us to try and get more money in some very creative ways. It’s to be expected! It’s car sales. We stood firm. We had a check for $X amount of dollars and we would not budge. They did it for us! And she added she did it for the baby. :) (our son was about 3) so that was nice. Everyone was nice. And the cars still going strong. Recommend this sales rep! 10/10 More
