The car was brought in for a repair due to a recall. I was told that the appointment would take about an hour. My wait was over two hours. When I first approached the counter, Anthony was on the telepho I was told that the appointment would take about an hour. My wait was over two hours. When I first approached the counter, Anthony was on the telephone. I waited patiently. Other folks came and went from behind the counter but no one helped me. When Anthony hung up the phone he went back to writing numbers on a piece of paper. I waited about one to two minutes while this went on. Then an older gent appeared and asked if I had been helped. He told me that Anthony would be with me shortly. I just felt really low at being ignored like I was invisible. More
