As someone who makes their living in sales, I am very picky about who I work with when it comes to any purchase. I am always completely turned off by a high-pressure, sales approach. Having visited sever picky about who I work with when it comes to any purchase. I am always completely turned off by a high-pressure, sales approach. Having visited several dealerships of all brands in the last few months, I found an abundance of pushy-ness coupled with an intense lack of industry knowledge. Some people wouldn't share any numbers with me and all of them neglected to listen to what I wanted/needed. All of them kept me in the dealership way too long. By a strange happenstance, my internet search for a specific car led me to Flood Mazda's website. After a brief phone call with Jason that probably lasted all of 20/30 minutes, I was able to get more information than I was able to get at all the other dealerships I visited in the previous four months combined. He was able to place me into a superior trim than what I was even hoping for without changing the payment I anticipated. He was genuine in his approach and in conversation, tenacious in his desire to find a car that was the right fit for me and gentle enough to not push and he wasn't the only one. Everyone I interacted with had the same knowledge and work ethic. In a day and a half, I drove my new car home. More importantly, I had an easy and amazing experience. I have come to expect mediocre service and disappointment lately as it is so very hard to find quality customer service these days and it is almost impossible to also find competency, but this crew has both down to a science. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Mazda team to anyone and with my standards, that's saying a lot. More

I recently purchased a pre-owned CX30 from Flood Mazda. I love the car, and Sam was helpful, friendly, and not at all pushy. This was the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I live in Pennsylvania and no one has a MX-5 or seems interested in selling me one around here. Flood is was one of 2 dealerships between dealership. I live in Pennsylvania and no one has a MX-5 or seems interested in selling me one around here. Flood is was one of 2 dealerships between PA and Maine that had the spec car I wanted and the other dealership never replied to my inquiry. It's very much a sellers market and they could have made things difficult for me but they treated me like royalty. From the first phone call Jason Palmari was awesome. I expressed interest in the car online late Monday night and he called me early Tuesday morning on his day off to get the process started. He didn't try to sell me on anything extra, got me a fair rate on the loan and I was able to pay the down payment over the phone and he was happy to hold the car for me for over a week until I was ready to pick it up. He sent me pictures of the car, they put it up in the display lift so no one could mess with it. I was supposed to pick up the car on a Saturday but my ride fell through. Jason helped me figure out I could take a train up and was happy to pick me up at the station. He showed up early and was happy to wait for me even though my train was delayed for over an hour. I told him I wouldn't mind the $15 uber from the station but he insisted he's a man of his word and waited. Everything was ready for me when I arrived at the dealership, I just needed to sign a few papers and I had my car and was on the road home in about half an hour. At one point in the process I was a little anxious this was too good to be true but the other reviews here reassured me that this is just an exceptional business, not like any of the dealerships near me. I also have to note there weren't any robocalls or automated emails with no human on the other end like the dealerships around me. I'm still getting spam calls from local dealerships who don't even want to sell me a MX-5. Thank you Jason for helping me get my dream car! More
