I went to Colonial West after some unfortunate experiences at another dealership's service department. I lease my vehicle and will be on my second lease with them next month. Colonial West Chevrolet is the gold standard in competent automobile/truck service. They are always attentive and caring, and they always get the job done correctly and for very reasonable cost. Edison and all the service folks there are eager to help with ANY problem. And Jeff Chandler, the General Manager, is hands-on and more importantly LISTENS and responds and takes ACTION. I don't hesitate to bring my new truck there for service/maintenance or my wife's SUV there for maintenance and repairs. More

Shelley in the customer care dept. is awesome! Typically, I don’t like to engage in conversation about Add-ons to my car or be bothered by extra packages but Shelley appropriately and kindly approached me in I don’t like to engage in conversation about Add-ons to my car or be bothered by extra packages but Shelley appropriately and kindly approached me in the waiting room while my car was in for service to explain to me that I had “Onstar” enabled in my car and the different features that it has and how I might as well take advantage of the 30 day trial. She was very detailed as she explained to me what exactly it was, and the different ways I could use it and just how helpful it can be in different situations! Even in the freezing cold she came outside and showed me in my own car how to enable it to make sure it was done properly! Besides that, my car was serviced in less than an hour and both the man who checked me in and the woman who cashed me out we’re both also great and kind! Five out of five stars ! More
