All were helpful and acted with integrity and professionalism. In the end I got the car I wanted at a fair price and I received a fair price for my trade. I will do business again with Norm Reeves Honda and recommend that others do so as well when in the market for a Honda.

My first service at this dealership was disappointing
because the mechanic failed to clean up all the old oil he had drained out. I found drops of old oil on my garage floor the next 2 mornings after the

Had to return to the dealership 3 days later for a recleaning. Wasted gas and time, about 90 minutes, 20 miles round trip. I do NOT recall the service advisor Angel Flores ever said "Sorry" for the trouble. Nor did he offer a cup of coffee or a bottle of water while I was waiting for the re-cleaning. Wrote an email to the GM Richard Lennard in detail. He has not replied after 3 days. I don't think he cares. One star raging is more than fair per my personal experience.
