Bob Briney did an excellent job of explaining the car and features. I had not bought a new car in 15 years. Had issues after taking the car. Paperwork included everything that was checked on the car. They need to manage the problem, not just give a formulated response why you have to wait all day. If appointments are just drop off times, they need to tell their customers about their weird appointment policy long before they show up. More
