We had no intentions on buying a new car, but decided to look at some anyway. Jason introduced us to a salesman named Adam and obviously you know where this ends, we bought a new Tucson Ultimate with all wheel drive. I don’t want to sound cliche but the dealerships name is “Family” and it’s very fitting as we left there we truly felt like we were treated like family. I am in sales as well and pride myself on building relationships just like Jason has done with us. We highly recommend Family Hyundai I forgot the name of the young lady who explained all the options on the vehicle and the gentleman in finance, 5 stars for the as well. More

Painful buying experience My car was not washed prior to me getting there. I had to ask them to wash it. They knew I would be there to purchase the car. The Sale took 5 hours to process and I was only offered 2 bottles of water. Employees were using profanity in the background about my particular purchase. No respect for my budgetary concerns. After the completion of the sale no one fielded additional questions that I had. The car was on an 1/8 of a tank. No consideration for topping off the car. I honestly felt disrespected by the salesman and financial rep for my stance on my own personal budget. I by no means wanted the experience to be terrible. I spent a large amount of money to buy a car from a brand that I love. I drove in from out of town and wanted a fast experience, based on previously agreed upon numbers. Unfortunately, the numbers changed and the experience was not fast. More
