Came in for a oil service on my 2022 Jeep Wrangler 2 Door. The Service Advisor (Mr. Jacobs) pointed out that based upon my time and mileage since last service, it would be appropriate to perform the 15,000 mile service and inspections at this time. This included the oil change and multi-point inspection, replacement of various filters, tire rotation and an alignment check, which is recommended to be re-done annually. That all seemed like a good idea, and when the work was complete, I headed out for home in North Bend. Before I even got on the freeway, I knew the car was running better than when I drove in. Better acceleration, better steering responsiveness. And when I got over to I-90 between Issaquah and North Bend, the places in the lanes where the weight of the trucks have worn grooves in the lanes usually throws the Jeep back and forth, the steering being very twitchy and challenging at times. Now it took very little effort to track where I wanted to go. Whatever adjustments were made to the alignment, it is more fun to drive and feels safer too. I did not do my homework ahead of time for my new business start up was the problem. I needed a low interest SBA loan to make it workout. All my interaction with this dealership were very positive, even when I explained I could not complete my side of the sales agreement.

Thanks to 405 motors for another great, no pressure, no haggle car buying experience. They've come along ways since we purchased our first vehicle from them 12 years ago. They now operate from a comfortable office and a roomy, paved lot. As before, customers are allowed to roam the lot and inspect the numerous, unlocked vehicles available for purchase. The year, mileage and price of the vehicle is prominently displayed on the windshield helping make the selection process quick and easy. We decided to test drive an Acura MDX. It was brought to the front of the office by a lot attendant. We were then allowed to take the vehicle for a test drive without the presence of a 405 employee. Very trusting. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle the transaction was relatively easy. This included being given a fair price for our trade-in. We were also offered a number of add-ons that we declined with no pressure. We did, however, decide to purchase an extended vehicle warranty that was made more reasonable with a Costco discount. We were able to drive home the vehicle even though we did not have the title to our trade-in vehicle and needed a couple of days to transfer money into our checking account. They were also agreeable to adding some additional fuel to the tank. Thanks to Ken, Tessa and the rest of the staff at 405 motors for a great, no pressure, no haggle car buying experience. Give em a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Best experience at a car dealership I have ever had. Told Manny (might be spelled wrong) what I could afford as far as payments, and he made it happen. No pressure, nobody approached me when I got out of my car and the loan department was so friendly and really went above and beyond to make it happen for me. I love the experience and would go back if I ever needed another car!

Bought a used car from out of state after a video walk-around, exactly as advertised. Everything was very professional. Only thing that could have been done better was the price increased by $5K after I started inquiring. Perhaps market fluctuation is common but still this much adjustment is not really acceptable IMHO. Ultimately they did bring the price back down close to the original advertised price, so I can't complaint too much. Communication was excellent. Staff were all pleasant. Delivery was quite fast.

Five stars, no questions. This is for the Lynnwood location. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here! I drove over an hour and would gladly do it again. The atmosphere is relaxed with no high-pressure tactics. The finance team gave me fantastic advice and were very quick. The dealership is also very family-friendly- my kids actually had fun here! They enjoyed the snacks and friendly atmosphere. Vasco Rubio deserves special recognition- he’s incredibly kind and it's clear he cares about helping people find what’s right for them. Ask for him- you won't regret it!
