The value of a smaller dealer is in the way they are able - Sorin

The value of a smaller dealer is in the way they are able to treat customers. I went in and being treated by amazing Felishea and then José. I told them exactly what I was looking for and the price range and payments I wanted (I did my extensive research already, so I knew what the going market was, no unreasonable ask). José came back 5 minutes (!!!) later (no waiting games, no back and forth hassles) with an offer matching my ask. I took the offer, told them I’ll think about it. They were very nice and real, no xx, no haggling, no “what else can I do to convince you”, just clean, nice doing normal business and transparency. I went to a few other dealers, including the big AutoNation in Cerritos (they suck and will screw you when selling, when servicing a car ($2000 for an alternator replacement + $200 for “diagnosis”). None of them could match Cabe’s INITIAL offer!!! Not only that, but: 1. I preferred black color, which they didn’t have in stock and they called around and found one at a different dealer and got it for me at the same price. Unbeatable! 2. Discussion came about returning my Mazda lease and they said they can take it as a trade-in and match or even beat CarMax’s offer I got online. Amazing! I returned to Cabe Toyota and shook hands on their deal. They worked hard and got everything ready (it was already late in the day) by next morning, before the year end. They really “Make it easy” (Toyota’s slogan)!!! They also gave me some good deal on maintenance (some good freebies and some extra). The best dealer I have ever interacted with in the last 25 years, by far, hands down! No haggling, no games, no xx, no hidden charges when signing, no push for anything I didn’t need (Angel was also amazing on the finance side). This is now my family’s dealer for life. If you ever shop for a Toyota, Cabe’s is where you should go. Check them out then see if you like them. Thank you José, Felishea, Angel! The most pleasant experience ever!

Huge shoutout to Zef and Michael Herby at Toyota of West - h.sanchez.romero

Huge shoutout to Zef and Michael Herby at Toyota of West Covina! They were awesome throughout the entire process—friendly, patient, and willing to put in the effort to help us find the right vehicle for our family. We explored several options and changed our minds a few times, but they kept working with us and made us feel welcome every step of the way. They answered our questions, stayed in touch, and helped us bring home the Sienna my wife really wanted! Thank you both for your hard work and patience. We truly appreciate everything you did for our family. Highly recommend asking for Zef and Michael!

I recently purchased my 2026 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro, and - Jordan O'Brien

I recently purchased my 2026 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro, and working with Ayman Mahmoud was hands‑down the best car‑buying experience I’ve ever had. I reached out after hours expecting a reply the next day, but within minutes Ayman had already texted me back, answered every question, and helped me schedule a test drive — even though the dealership was closed. When I arrived, the vehicle was prepped, parked out front, and Ayman was already waiting for me with a warm, professional welcome. Every step of the process was smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. Before coming here, I had dealt with more than ten dealerships while trying to purchase a Lexus GX Overtrail Plus. Every one of them gave me the runaround — zero transparency, confusing communication, and pricing games. Ayman was the complete opposite. He was upfront about pricing, options, availability, and timelines. No pressure, no gimmicks, just honesty. He’s the kind of salesperson you immediately feel you can trust, and he proved it at every step. I couldn’t be happier with my 4Runner or the experience. Highly recommend asking for Ayman.

Oops, I did it again! - kristigeneral

Oops, I did it again! This is my fourth time as a returning customer. If I didn't make it clear last time: each experience somehow manages to get better and better. At this point, I literally feel like part of the CarMax family the second I walk through the door. I will never, ever go anywhere else! 🚙✨

Took our 2019 RAV4 Hybrid for 35K service and service advisor Andres A. had us do an oil change since it had been over 16 months since the last change and advised us to get new tires and an alignment. We got new tires from a third party and then came back for an alignment. Thanks Andres for looking after us. Well done Toyota of Orange.

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing the people at Glendora Toyota are! They went above and beyond to honor their agreement with. They gave me an amazing offer and were straight forward with me. Everyone I dealt with with so understanding and helpful. The sales manager was THE MOST PATIENT AND KINDEST PERSON you will ever work with! The financial department was equally as understanding! When you go in ask for Jason because he will totally work with you. So seriously, GO TO GLENDORA!!! You won’t regret it. ** they didn’t pay me to say this, lol, I mean every word!!

A big thank-you to Andrew Grizz at Toyota of Huntington - mellon m

A big thank-you to Andrew Grizz at Toyota of Huntington Beach, who drove our Tundra two hours to deliver it right to our home. He was friendly, professional, and on time, and he made the handoff easy. He walked us through the paperwork and all of the truck's features and was extremely knowledgeable, answering every question we had. That kind of service made a great buying experience even better. The dealership also gave us the best trade-in value and a fair price. Highly recommend Andrew and Toyota of Huntington Beach!

We had an excellent experience at Santa Margarita Toyota - Tommaso F

We had an excellent experience at Santa Margarita Toyota from beginning to end. Owen, our internet contact, was very kind and helpful on the phone and made us feel genuinely welcome as soon as we arrived at the dealership. JC, our salesperson, was knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and never pushy. We never felt rushed into making a decision or pressured while working on the deal. He gave us the opportunity to test-drive two different vehicles and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. Halston, the manager, was also extremely kind and cooperative while working with us on the numbers. We originally came in looking at a used 2025 Camry, but he was able to work out a much better deal for us on a brand-new 2026 Camry, which we are very happy with. Richard, the finance manager, continued the same great experience. He clearly explained the additional products, warranties, and services available without ever making us feel pressured to purchase anything. We chose a few options that made sense for us, and he was very helpful in giving us a good deal on those as well. The entire experience—from our first contact to the final delivery of the vehicle—was smooth, relaxed, transparent, and respectful of our time. Having worked in car sales myself in the past, I know the difference between a dealership that is focused only on making a sale and one that genuinely cares about its customers. From our experience, the team at Santa Margarita Toyota is honest, trustworthy, professional, and truly customer-oriented. Thank you Owen, JC, Halston, Richard, and the entire Santa Margarita Toyota team for making the purchase of our new Camry such a positive experience. We would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an excellent run through the entire process from - C557

I had an excellent run through the entire process from first introduction to Michael C to signing on the dotted line to complete the purchase of my Corolla hybrid. I like to think I have a pretty laid-back approach to life so Michael certainly had to encompass a chunk of my sometimes wacky sense of humor when dealing with me (and particularly my dodgy eyesight without my reading glasses). He walked me through the paperwork excellently so there were no surprises or guess work needed from start to finish. A good amount of patience too particularly with my bank when it became apparent that there was a transaction limit I wasn't aware of that was lower than the deposit I wanted to put down. Bottom line is don't hesitate in visiting this dealership if you're after a new car.
