Do not let your 84 year old mother go in for service here unless you want incomplete service and long waits with $4000 estimates with pitches for how much easier it would be to “just buy a new car”. The oil was never changed like she came in for. When given the opportunity to explain and/or fix, I was immediately told that I don’t have a power of attorney and that they explain d technical jargon TO AN 84 YEAR OLD WOMAN, and again, can’t/won’t speak to me because I don’t have piwer of attorney. It speaks volumes that that is what they go to when someone has questions about how the dealership treated my 84 year old mother. Dealerships really wonder why people are fed up with their antics. When questions arise about servicing, who goes to “power of attorney” so quick like that?! We all know the answer to that. A prime example of why we need elderly protective services and consumer advocate agencies. Buyer beware
