It’s been a struggle with this dealer. The last three visits with my car maintenance, the mechanic left greasy stains on our very clean seats. They offered to wash it, which was nice. But The last three visits with my car maintenance, the mechanic left greasy stains on our very clean seats. They offered to wash it, which was nice. But there’s always some new problem. This time I saw the greasy hand print on the right side of the rear seat. The staff told me they usually don’t work on the back seat. He earlier told me they checked the battery cooling fan located in the right side of the rear seat and up to maintenance. I did not realize at the moment since I wasn’t originally thinking to ask him to wash it but wanted to show him what I meant by asking to make sure to give this car back clean when checking in. Therefore they only cleaned the front seat and not the back seat. I know they cover the driver’s seat for maintenance but they need to do the whole seats if they are working on a whole car. I simply don’t understand why they keep making the same mistake. More
