I arrived for an oil change without an appointment. I was told when I was pre-checked in that I will be able to get a completed oil change that day. Once I was in line waiting to be checked in, I waite I was told when I was pre-checked in that I will be able to get a completed oil change that day. Once I was in line waiting to be checked in, I waited approximately 45 minutes, while service representatives walked past me. I was never greeted, and I was never told that it would be a few minutes or longer of a wait time. After 45 minutes I was finally greeted by Javier. He was very cordial and very professional. He brought me in, checked me in and told me the vehicle will be done before noon. I specifically asked for a car wash. He put the car wash instructions on the actual receipt. I got a text approximately 11:30 AM saying my vehicle is completed. When I came to pick it up in the later afternoon, there was no next service oil change sticker on my windshield and the car was not washed. I went back to Javier and told him and he proceeded to get my vehicle washed. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes just for that. My previous service advisor was Mario Carillo. I have never had any negative experiences with Mario. Hopefully this was my only and last negative experience with the service department. More
