What Others Say

Very Professional Service agent. Explained exactly what service were going to be performed and had vehicle washed. But extremely surprised in how fast the service was completed. A++++

Great service team! Excellent communication about service plan and info along the process. Car was completed on time

Service was unsatisfactory. I could not get through to anyone over the phone. My car was. Parked far away when it was done. I was told it was out in front but it was not. I had to go back in and get the service advisor to get it. This is the second time I’ve had terrible service this year. The only reason I have gone back is because it’s close to my home.

Olivia the technician was amazing at servicing my vehicle. Loved all the details and attention she had. Matthew was a great advisor as-well as Miriam.

I did not have a positive experience during this visit and felt that the service advisor was very inconsiderate of my time! I brought my car in on time. The service advisor (Kevin Laguna) confirmed my phone number and promised to have it done by approximately 10:30am since I was going to be waiting in the lobby. I was never provided an update or video if there was anything else that they recommended to have serviced. I noticed that the service department was very busy that day, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that this was the reason why my car was delayed. Around 12:15pm, I decided to walk around the sales lot because we are in the market for a new car. When I was done browsing the sales lot close to 1pm, I noticed that my car was sitting in the parking lot, so I approached the service desk and asked Kevin about my car. I asked him why I was never contacted that the car was ready. He responded nervously and apologized for the delay and told me that he would apply a discount for the inconvenience. When I reviewed the statement, the discount applied was $20 which is an absolute insult for wasting 2 1/2 hours of my time, a broken promise and no communication regarding my vehicle. To add insult to injury, according to the invoice, the car was ready at 11:38am! As you can see from my car’s service history, I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always had a positive experience. However, this visit was the exception and hopefully this feedback can be used for training/coaching purposes to help improve your service agent’s customer service. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my concerns!

This dealership was so attentive, polite and respectful. The service was very good, they checked the car and fixed-check what was needed. Good service!
