He did not pressure me into looking at something else, we described what we wanted he took us to the back lot we looked a few different Broncos. Overall, I’m satisfied with the sales team. They’re salesmen, they’ll take advantage where they can and give a little here and there. That’s just the nature of the business. If you go in knowing what you want, they won’t try and fool around with any tricks. On top of that, the finance team is top notch. The gentlemen I dealt with were fair and honest and the finance gentleman especially did me a solid when it came time to look at warranty options. I’m country boy who can weld, turn a wrench and have been formally to troubleshoot and work on advanced electrical systems and electronics systems. I have the ability to repair and maintain my own vehicles and equipment However, when buying a brand new vehicle, I always like to get the extended warranty because, at least with Ford trucks, they can be a cumbersome for some DIY repairs. Especially cumbersome for bigger items like transmission and engine repairs. All that stated, I’ve issues with a prior model and the modest amount I spent on the extended warranty saved me a few thousand dollars overall on a transmission repair. Get the warranty. Ask them to help adjust rates if necessary so you can roll it into your payments. Just my advice. The reason for four stars is actually due to the service department. I took my new F250 here for initial oil service after the break in period. They did’t do a good job of explaining the DEF top-off service and I only received a 52% full DEF tank. They only fill 2.5 gallons worth. Not a big deal, DEF isn’t that expensive by itself but it just wasn’t explained well is all. So expectations weren’t met. Additionally, when they rotated the tires, the tech didn’t adjust the tire pressures accordingly. I keep close tabs on my pressures because I use this truck for hauling and towing. Per factory/Ford recommendations, the front tires should be 5 psi less than the back. When I received the truck post-service, the passenger side tires were a reading higher than the driver side. The tech either didn’t readjust pressures after rotating them or just filled them incorrectly and didn’t pay enough attention to detail. This may seem like I’m nitpicking or just trying to find something wrong but it actually cause the truck the pull left/driver side. Not hard to readjust myself but if I didn’t check this while pulling a trailer or load, it could cause a little drift into the lane next to me or even worse, into oncoming traffic. The little thongs count big sometimes. The extra weight of a load or trailer compounds the issue and causes a problem. The service advisors were TOP NOTCH and I can’t say enough good about those guys. Definitely would recommend bringing your Ford vehicle here for service and if I’m ever in need of another Ford vehicle, I’ll definitely bring this sales team my business.

I purchased a Bronco from Aaron Ford 7 months ago online they delivered it to me, today I took it into my local ford dealership because it was making a, noise, immediately the dealership was charging me 300 dollars because of the lift kit, even after i told them i purchased the Bronco from dealer as is. nevertheless, i called Aaron's service department spoke to Alex Perez and he covered the charge for this dealership to fix the issue, talk about standing up and staying true to your customers. Alex Perez Made all of Aarons Ford of Lake Elsinore look top notch. my next Bronco is definitely coming from Aarons.

This was something that could not wait until morning due to my wife having a Doctors appointment. early that morning. I discovered you were open until 7:30 PM and drove immediately to service in San Juan. Dorothy, your service agent not only got the necessary bulb for a cost of $3.93 but also replaced the burned out bulb in my suv.. I truly appreciate the extra mile she went and hope some recognition is given to this extraordinary women.

I contacted El Cajon Ford on 8/12/2025 regarding purchasing a new truck at the advertised MSRP. I got a text back from a salesman named Spencer Ciampoli who informed me that the advertised price was incorrect and was significantly higher. He refused to honor the advertised price then asked if I would like to buy a different vehicle. When I declined, he told me that a sales manager would contact me; I doubt that I'll ever hear from El Cajon Ford again. If you want an honest and competent dealer experience, look somewhere else.

We took our truck in for electrical recall issues. They repaired them and upon getting our truck home our lights were staying on. Google said that this could be a problem with our battery. We replaced the battery and that battery went bad within a few hours. We returned to Perry Ford and they said our alternator had gone bad coincidentally. They replaced our alternator under extended warranty but when we picked up our truck the drivers side headlight had gone bad. When we complained to the service tech, he said we never check things that our customers don’t complain about. We took our car in for an electrical problem not a problem with the headlight. Why would we complain about a headlight that was working before we brought the truck in? The service tech said he could not get a headlight in until 8 days from today. He said not to worry, we can take the truck into the shop when we get to Texas at a new $100 deductible. He said he would waive the $100 if we bring the truck back with a s*** eating grin after he knew the truck would be out of state. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Will never return to Perry Ford.

He knew what to show me how my hybrid works while I was driving. The finance officer, Robert, a fellow Veteran, also showed me how my private financing was a better option than Ford’s own financing. I purchased a truck from North County Ford with 17k miles in late October. However, almost as soon as I took possession of the car, I noticed that there were loud squeaking noises coming from the braking system, which I did not notice on the test drive since we were not primarily in a parking lot, where the noise is most apparent. I then spent THREE solid weeks attempting to get ahold of someone, anyone who could talk to me about what kind of inspection had been done on the vehicle prior to being sold. I left a total of between 8-10 phone messages for the Sales Manager, Used Car Sales Manager, even the dealership General Manager who coincidentally were always too busy to take my call or return my messages. If I could’ve gone to the dealership, I would’ve, but I live out of state. Finally, I get ahold of a sale managers named Brad Triplett who confirmed that there was no record of the brakes having been inspected. He told me to take the car to my local Ford dealership to have them inspect and fix the brakes, so I did. Unfortunately the local dealership did not fix the entire problem at a first go. They replaced the back brakes, which were indeed low, and North County picked up the tab. However, the squeaking noise remained, and the local dealership had to replace the front brakes on a subsequent day. It was at this point, that the cowards at North County Ford, in particular sales manager BRAD TRIPLLET and service manager ALEX PEREZ decided that the fault here was with my local dealership and hence will not be paying to fix the brakes. Alex Perez in particular is an abject coward who refused to speak to me directly. Bottom line here, North County Ford sold me a practically new car, which somehow needed significant brake work the second I left the dealership. They told me they inspected the car to get me to buy it. Then they ghosted me for 3 weeks, and now is refusing to actually to help finish the repair. These people are sleazy cowards and I will never buy a car from them again, and you should not either.
