I had an issue regarding something that was completely outside the business of mossy Toyota even though it happens on their property one of the employees over there and the security guard influence me in a really bad situation that I was in with no money being thrown out of storage to sell them the bike that I had tied to the back of my car that belong to my son I went in and I spoke to Toyota Marcy Toyota's main manager that works in the customer service department her name was Gina she said that this has nothing to do with our company but she would try to help me I felt angry that she didn't tell me more but I got a little loud with her but I called her later and apologize and she took my call and was very sympathetic to the situation she promised to try to help me get my boys bicycle back and I read her five stars for even taking my call from the way I spoke with her rudely I'm from Brooklyn New York and I usually am very rude but God bless this woman no matter what happened and tell her I said I'm sorry for my attitude towards her and my behavior of Russian in her dealership which was very clean and beautiful cars and excellent employees were very protective over her so that tells you she's a good person and well respected Neil

I was deceived by providing wrong information while I bought my Honda Odyssey from them. I was buying used car first time. The sales person told me that new Honda Odyssey LX comes above 50k and he sold me used one for 26600. When I later checked the same car value, CarMax was giving me just 22k on next day.others were just giving me max. 19k. Second, when I saw the car first time, the tires were of Michelin brand but they took the car to the other side while I was doing paperwork. Then, when I reached home, I saw the tires were of geotire brand. Furthermore, they promised to give two keys, they give me 1. They told it gives city milage of 19 but the car is getting 12 in the city. My suggestion is to stay away from them.

Terrible dealership Robert the salesman lied about the warranty on the car, sales manager Adel insulted me telling me I do not know the car business and he does because he has been doing it for 20 years. When I tried to leave because Adel and Robert wanted to low ball me on my trade it felt like they were holding me and my car hostage because they did not want to give me my car keys so that I could leave. My car has a stain in the back seat that they made worse by trying to clean it, so they basically sold me a used car as a new one. Don't go to this dealership, shop around these guys are the worst

I had a great and positive experience purchasing a brand new Corolla Cross Hybrid with Toyota of Poway. From the start Alex was very attentive on the negotiation, after a lot of research I found out that only Toyota of Poway and another Toyota dealer in San Diego area are fair and honest with the price of the vehicle, they actually sell it for the advertised price (window sticker) without adding thousands of dollars on ad ons and junk fees that most dealers do illegally, not mentioning that I never felt any type of sales pressure whatsoever. The General Manager Michael was very kind and took the time to make sure my experience was going well. Toby Zachry the finance manager made the final steps of the process seamless and smooth and got me on my way in no time. He also was able to give me a great deal on an extended warranty package and alarm system. I highly recommend buying a car from this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car. I am so glad I went to them. Thank You to the whole team at Toyota of Poway! You guys rock!

Worst dealership EVER! - raghoser

Worst dealership EVER! Brand new Prius Prime and the entire infotainment system had to be replaced after 3 months. Told it would take 1-2 weeks to arrive, took 4. Told it would take a1 - 1.5 hours to replace, took 3. Now the car battery goes dead for no reason. happened 3 times already. Took it to Dalton and told them take your time and find the drain on the battery. They kept the car for 4 days and all they did was test the battery. Worst of all, I brought the car to them sparkling clean and they returned it FILTHY! I know they have a car wash. Not to mention everyone there (employees) complaining on how terrible the place is run under new management. Do yourself a favor and find another dealership.
