My first time buying a car and Jose Amaurys made it such a wonderful and easy experience for me. I called ahead of time to make the deal since I lived about 2 hours away and it was a haggle free experience. When I arrived he had the car pulled up ready for me to test drive. Tarek in the Finance department was wonderful as well and even helped me in obtaining the tax credit on used EVs, something 5 dealerships I dealt with were too ignorant to deal with. I hope my vehicle last me a very long time but when it eventually goes out I’m praying those two still work at Five Star Ford so I can buy my next one from them.
