My initial service for my Honda was handled by my spouse. But I needed to step in for my understanding. I met Chris Lapid and he listened to my concerns, not listened to respond. He and I connected quickly within the first 10 minutes he had a quote for the tires needed and advice on the best option. The next day I was greeted by Chris L., and I said this is GREAT Customer Service. He kept me updated about additional services I was getting; he handed me a free drink ticket, and the time went by so quickly. I worked on my laptop, and it was done. Chris even follow-up with a text to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend Vandergriff Honda service center to everyone and ASK for Chris L.
