He and I connected quickly within the first 10 minutes he had a quote for the tires needed and advice on the best option. The next day I was greeted by Chris L., and I said this is GREAT Customer Service. He kept me updated about additional services I was getting; he handed me a free drink ticket, and the time went by so quickly. I worked on my laptop, and it was done. Chris even follow-up with a text to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend Vandergriff Honda service center to everyone and ASK for Chris L. More

Stay clear away from this dealership I’ve been talking to them for about a week, fully explaining my situation and what my requirements would be to make a deal. It says we can get a deal done and it will work out all he needed was about 30 minutes to an hour of my time at the dealership so I go up there I spent two hours sitting in a chair Yet to receive a single number until the assistant sales manager comes out and tries to weasel me into keeping my trade-in vehicle, which is unfeasible or somehow adding money into my loan to pay my car payments for the next year and a half, which seems very unethical. Stay far away from this dealership. More

I had the WORST experience purchasing a vehicle at this dealership EVER. I have driven Volvos for many years and decided to try a Honda Hybrid. Every time I dealt with the Volvo dealership, I was given th dealership EVER. I have driven Volvos for many years and decided to try a Honda Hybrid. Every time I dealt with the Volvo dealership, I was given the exact price and could always trust that I was getting a true and honest deal. Unfortunately, I came into Vandergriff believing that because it is such an established dealer that they were above reproach in your pricing and did not consider that the price I was being charged was WELL above the advertised price. TOO BAD for me as it was a COMPLETE bait and switch and I ended up financing close to double the advertised price. WOW, I was so naive (thanks to the wonderful Volvo dealerships) and was taken such advantage of. I will NEVER trust any Vandergriff dealership again and SO wish I had never looked at the website or stepped foot in the dealership. Such a shame that they are still in the business of taking advantage of individuals that are naive enough to think they could be trusted. More
Vandergriff Honda is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with in my 82 years of life. I went from a 2007 Toyota to my 2021 CRV. The technology was overwhelming to say the least. Chris Lapid is ever dealt with in my 82 years of life. I went from a 2007 Toyota to my 2021 CRV. The technology was overwhelming to say the least. Chris Lapid is my service advisor and he is by far the best advisor I have EVER had for servicing my cars. He is so knowledgeable and has been able to fix anything I was having trouble with. I rate Chris with the highest possible marks in all categories. More
