I took my car in for a routine oil change service and was initially told it would take two days. However, the dealership kept my vehicle for four days without providing a loaner car, which forced me to miss initially told it would take two days. However, the dealership kept my vehicle for four days without providing a loaner car, which forced me to miss work. I also requested that they inspect a vibration I have been experiencing while driving. I was informed that the vehicle was checked and that the vibration was considered normal, and I was charged $200 for diagnostics. However, when I picked up the car, the technician admitted that he had not inspected the engine or performed any specific checks related to the vibration concern. It feels like I paid for a diagnostic service that was never actually completed. To make matters worse, I was told that I had not given them enough time to properly inspect the vehicle. This is difficult to understand considering they had possession of my car for four days. Throughout that time, I called multiple times for updates but received little to no communication or response. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to poor communication, delays, lack of transportation assistance, and concerns about the diagnostic charges. More
I had high expectations when purchasing my 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport-L, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. Throughout the process, I had to repeatedly ask for accurate pric CR-V Hybrid Sport-L, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. Throughout the process, I had to repeatedly ask for accurate pricing and clarification on discounts, rebates, and financing incentives. It often felt like I was the one tracking down the details instead of the dealership proactively providing clear and transparent information. Communication was inconsistent, and getting straightforward answers took far more effort than it should have. Buying a new vehicle should be an exciting experience, especially when making such a large financial commitment. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and exhausted by the process. I hope the dealership places a greater emphasis on transparency, communication, and customer service so future buyers have a better experience. More

I have the actual piece of paper that they gave me, whi 00 gas card as promised. I called them probably 5 times and just kept getting the run around. I have the actual piece of paper that they gave me, which to this day hasn't been honored. I've since bought a new Audi SQ5 where the salespeople kept their word and provided stellar service. David McDavid, not so much... Be careful with this dealership... More
