I was very happy they honored their deal price 8 days later. They have a great selection of vehicles. Store is super clean. Salesmen standing in groups watching customers but provided no assistance when needed. Literally had to ask the receptionist to get help. She tried to pair me with the group that watched me, I declined. I got paired with Lewis Bass, thank you! Lewis is the right speed for a salesman and was easy to work with. I did not see or speak to a sales manager. Usually they will congratulate and thank you for the purchase. Finance department wait was a too long. Great job, Lewis

After visiting and speaking with multiple other dealerships in the DFW area, none of them showed me the right truck the way Five Star Ford did. Big shoutout to my salesperson Alex Ruiz — he genuinely listened to what I was looking for and put me on the right truck. No pushing me toward something just to make a sale, no trying to upsell me on things I didn't need, just an honest effort to find the truck that actually fit what I was looking for. A big thank you to Jackson Velasquez who was also great to work with throughout the process. As well as Jacob Freeman who helped make the deal happen. The whole experience was professional from start to finish. No weird feelings, no high-pressure tactics, no games. They respected what I wanted and worked with me to make it happen. Check engine light came on in wife's 2022 Edge on a Saturday afternoon. We took it to AutoNation in our vicinity without an appointment. First time there. Received very friendly greeting by Jeff. He quickly did an OBD check and we left the car. He worked us in as quickly as he could and notified us of what was needed. We added a couple things. All told a pleasant experience. My car buying experience was great. I accomplished what I set out to do which was buy a car and do so primarily over the phone so I was not subjected to normal dealerships tactics and spending 6 hours at the dealership going back and forth. The salesman (David M.) was fantastic and fought for me not against me. Super professional and attentive to my requests. With everything completed I got a phone call things were approved and ready and upon arrival I was in and out in less than one hour which was great. Highly recommend David and the staff.
