Choosing the right vehicle wasn’t easy, but Cynthia was absolutely superb throughout the entire process. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very attentive to our needs. We made our test drive very smooth and seamless. We stopped by the dealership to check out on XC90 Ultra B6, and within a couple of days, we were driving home in a car we really love — complete with the add-on features we wanted. The whole team was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for excellent customer service and a team that genuinely cares!

Ryan was kind, humble, accommodating and went above and beyond to give us the best car buying experience. From the moment we walked in until the time we pulled out, he was right there every step of the way. No matter how many times I thanked him, he was so humble. Ryan was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot as well as the one we had placed on hold prior to making the trip to Edmond. Now, about the dealership and the people as a whole. From the time we walked in until the time we left, we were greeted with warm welcomes and smiles every step of the way - front desk, salesmen, managers and finance. Never once were we ever made to feel less than. Our experience at Edmond Hyundai was topnotch and I can’t say enough good things about them.

Josh at Porsche in OKC is the best!! I went in for a look at a tire that needed air per my car alert and some strange condensation on the floorboard of my passenger seat. Josh checked all my tires and determined they were sound and just needed air. He also unclogged a vent and replaced a very dirty air filter, all without charging me for labor. I was there maybe 15-20 minutes. Absolutely painless. Thank you, Josh!!

I’ve purchased two Audis in the past three months from this dealership, and both experiences were nothing short of fantastic. The level of service here is just… different. In a good way. It’s like stepping out of the minor leagues and walking straight into the majors. Other dealerships, take notes. For my Audi A3, I worked with Abel. He was quiet, reserved, and all business.... kind of like a human version of a stealth mode button. But he was respectful, attentive, and answered all my questions without any fluff. When it came time to talk numbers, I dealt with Anthony, the sales manager. That guy was a total pro! Super friendly, zero pressure, and genuinely easy to work with. It’s rare to say negotiating was actually pleasant, but here we are. (Side note: I hear he’s moved over to Bob Moore Porsche — their gain!) Then came Audi #2 — a Q5. Abel had moved over to VW finance, so this time, I worked with Samantha from start to finish. She was new to the role, just a few months in, but you’d never know it. She was sharp, knowledgeable, and carried herself with a great balance of professional polish and relatable charm. Confident, charismatic, and stylish — it was clear she puts effort into making a strong impression, and it didn’t go unnoticed. She made us feel like our business actually mattered. If she keeps that fire and drive, she’s going places! Finance Manager John Downs deserves a shout-out too. I walked into that office like a fortress — fully armored with the intention of signing the papers and rejecting every upsell known to man. I walked out with an 8-year/100k-mile warranty, Audi Care, and Signature Finish. And honestly? Zero regrets. He made it make sense and affordable. He was personable, never pushy, and even cooler — we discovered we’re going on the same cruise this summer. Small world! Finally, Mr. Kyle in Service — the MVP of maintenance. When I brought my A3 in, he met me at my car, opened the door, walked me in, and guided me through the whole process like I was royalty. He’s also been answering my barrage of follow-up questions via text like a champ. Oh, and the video of the service work from the technician? That was next-level. Seriously impressed. Bottom line: WOW. I’ve always joked that I’d rather jab a pencil in my eye than deal with a car salesperson or service department. But Audi OKC changed that. If this level of service is the standard here, and Audi proves to be as reliable as I hope — then they’ve got a customer for life. Can’t wait to keep working with the Audi OKC team. Easily the best dealership experience I’ve ever had.

Do not purchase a car from Jim Norton Toyota. They told me that my car passed their inspection but days after buying the car, service icons came up on the dashboard and I had to take the car in to be serviced. I took my car to a Honda dealership and they couldn’t believe that I just purchased my vehicle. My car did not pass Honda’s inspection and Honda found a list of issues with the vehicle; there was an oil pump leak, the car had a faulty sub relay box, both rain edges needed to be replaced, and the rear shocks were leaking. I had to pay over $3,000 in repairs for a vehicle I just purchased. In addition, their customer service, especially over the phone is horrendous. I was repeatedly transferred, told a manager would call me(they never did), and no one ever returned my voicemails. I filed a complaint with the BBB and I am considering taking legal action to hold Jim Norton accountable.

I was looking for a used pickup. I found one on their website that I was really interested in. I researched it online filled out the paperwork to make sure I qualified before I drove 45 miles into their lot. I even called them and talked to a salesperson to make sure what I done was right and that the vehicle was there and I qualified for it. I made an appointment and drove in. The person I made the appointment with could not see me so someone else said they would help me. I gave them the information on the pickup I was interested in and told them I had already done the paperwork and showed them I was qualified. He looked it up on the computer and told me that although the truck was on the website it was not on the lot (yet). He left the office and about 20 minutes later a different salesperson showed up. He told me the other man was busy with another customer. He then proceeded to tell me I didn't qualify after all. However, if I wanted to look at a different pickup with over 50000 miles on it then one, I wanted to look at. I could get it. I told me no thank you and walked out. I really don't think that they wanted to help me because I was not the kind of customer they wanted to do business with. I would not recommend doing business with this company unless you come in with a lot of money a nice car and dressed in a suit. They will bend over backwards for someone like that but for an average citizen they cannot be bothered.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DELEARSHIP!!!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would! On Monday, August 7th, 2023 after trying everything I took my car in because it was not starting. The part that they needed fixed was not going to be under warranty and was going to cost well over $2400.00 and they weren’t even sure that was the issue so I told them NOT TO FIX IT. We told them to put the car back together and we would come get it. We have made 2 attempts to get my car back in the original state that I brought it in. My first attempt to get my vehicle when I arrived the car was not put back together and the second attempt the service department closed an hour early. They called me on Monday, August 14th and said it was fixed and we could come get the vehicle. They took it upon themselves to fix things that I did NOT authorize! After multiple messages not returned and call back promises from “managers” it’s been nearly 2 weeks and I still don’t have my car back! To top it off, when we bought the car it was certified pre-owned (had the big red sticker in the door and and all) now they claim it was never certified! Had I known that this dealership would show such a lack of integrity I never would have purchased a vehicle from here.
