Josiah was very friendly and helpful, he kept me informed on the status of my update and inspection. Some sort of oily fluid was spilled on both sides of my car, in the area of where the fluids were check on the status of my update and inspection. I took my Honda Pilot in to have them look at the air conditioner, which had started blowing hot air when the car was idling. I decided to wait since the employee said, yes, we can look at it now. TWO conditioner, which had started blowing hot air when the car was idling. I decided to wait since the employee said, yes, we can look at it now. TWO hours later I was presented with a repair estimate for all sorts of things I did not ask for, nor want looked at. I asked if the air conditioner was fixed and was told no. So silly me, I left my vehicle there so they could look at it more. The next day I was finally told I needed to replace the AC compressor. I think they could have told me this in the first place without making me wait two hours the day before. So what do they do? Take the car to the back and let it sit there while working on other cars? Needless to say, this dealer will not be replacing the compressor. I am taking my car somewhere else where the cost will be $900 less. My family is done with taking our cars to this dealer for repairs or maintenance. More

I had an 8:30 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, and to replace the locking lug nuts with non-locking lug nuts. They finished and I left the dealership at 12:30 pm, with on 4 lug nuts on e rotation, and to replace the locking lug nuts with non-locking lug nuts. They finished and I left the dealership at 12:30 pm, with on 4 lug nuts on each wheel. At 12 pm all the service people were sitting around eating pizza and I lost my xxxx and I ask Nicolas what good it did for me have an 8:30 am appointment if it takes this long, he then told me they only had one technician that day (that would have been nice to have been told at 8:30). I ask him why they book so many appointments if they only have 1 tech working, he allowed that he didn't make the appointments. Im fairly sure he's the one that made the appointment earlier in the week. Anyways, it's the last time I will be taking my vehicle to this dealership. More
