If I could give zero stars-Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Bob Moore Audi. I purchased a used Audi SQ5 after it was represented as having no accident history on Cargurus and the frustrating experience with Bob Moore Audi. I later discovered the vehicle had a prior accident from an updated Carfax report that I received after the purchase. Even more concerning, the dealership knew of the prior accident and did not disclose the information when I asked about the vehicle. Rather than simply rescinding the sale after the undisclosed accident history came to light, I was told I had to purchase another vehicle from the dealership to resolve the issue. They have relisted the same vehicle on its website and CarGurus as having 0 accidents despite knowing of the accident history. The salesperson also incorrectly represented that the vehicle was equipped with run-flat tires when it actually had conventional tires. To make matters worse, the finance department failed to timely submit the required pre-registration paperwork to Service Oklahoma. I had to contact the dealership eight days after the sale before the documents were finally submitted so I could receive my temporary registration and license plate. This has been the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Due diligence when purchasing a vehicle or better yet buy from a different dealership. More

I’ve purchased two Audis in the past three months from this dealership, and both experiences were nothing short of fantastic. The level of service here is just… different. In a good way. It’s like stepping out of the minor leagues and walking straight into the majors. Other dealerships, take notes. For my Audi A3, I worked with Abel. He was quiet, reserved, and all business.... kind of like a human version of a stealth mode button. But he was respectful, attentive, and answered all my questions without any fluff. When it came time to talk numbers, I dealt with Anthony, the sales manager. That guy was a total pro! Super friendly, zero pressure, and genuinely easy to work with. It’s rare to say negotiating was actually pleasant, but here we are. (Side note: I hear he’s moved over to Bob Moore Porsche — their gain!) Then came Audi #2 — a Q5. Abel had moved over to VW finance, so this time, I worked with Samantha from start to finish. She was new to the role, just a few months in, but you’d never know it. She was sharp, knowledgeable, and carried herself with a great balance of professional polish and relatable charm. Confident, charismatic, and stylish — it was clear she puts effort into making a strong impression, and it didn’t go unnoticed. She made us feel like our business actually mattered. If she keeps that fire and drive, she’s going places! Finance Manager John Downs deserves a shout-out too. I walked into that office like a fortress — fully armored with the intention of signing the papers and rejecting every upsell known to man. I walked out with an 8-year/100k-mile warranty, Audi Care, and Signature Finish. And honestly? Zero regrets. He made it make sense and affordable. He was personable, never pushy, and even cooler — we discovered we’re going on the same cruise this summer. Small world! Finally, Mr. Kyle in Service — the MVP of maintenance. When I brought my A3 in, he met me at my car, opened the door, walked me in, and guided me through the whole process like I was royalty. He’s also been answering my barrage of follow-up questions via text like a champ. Oh, and the video of the service work from the technician? That was next-level. Seriously impressed. Bottom line: WOW. I’ve always joked that I’d rather jab a pencil in my eye than deal with a car salesperson or service department. But Audi OKC changed that. If this level of service is the standard here, and Audi proves to be as reliable as I hope — then they’ve got a customer for life. Can’t wait to keep working with the Audi OKC team. Easily the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. More

APPALLING EXPERIENCE! !! I cannot even begin to describe the rage I feel after being taken advantage of by Bob Moore Audi in Oklahoma City. I went in excited to purchase !! I cannot even begin to describe the rage I feel after being taken advantage of by Bob Moore Audi in Oklahoma City. I went in excited to purchase a large SUV, but what I got was nothing short of a nightmare. I was contacted by a salesman named Ryan, and I was promised a quality vehicle after I researched and saw on Bob Moore's website that they conduct an extensive 150-point inspection on all vehicles before selling them. What a JOKE. I purchased a 2019 Yukon XL from them, which supposedly passed this “rigorous” inspection. Ryan pushed the Carfax in my face, telling me how the previous owner had "taken great care" of the vehicle. Well, less than two weeks after owning this truck, I started experiencing serious problems: a burning smell, the truck failing to shift while driving, running rough, and ultimately not going into gear AT ALL. How is this even possible after just two weeks?? This is absolutely outrageous! I told my husband immediately that I had been sold a defective truck. They REFUSED to give any warranty I KNOW WHY THEY DID NOT OFFER A WARRANTY YOU WERE SELLING ME A BAD SUV. I was left with no choice but to fork out $5,000 for an extended warranty to cover the engine and transmission. Thank GOD I did! I took the SUV to a shop on a military base, where I was told the transmission was already failing. This was not even TWO MONTHS after purchasing the truck! How does Bob Moore Audi sleep at night knowing they sold me a vehicle that clearly wasn’t even close to being roadworthy? Ryan and the so-called “inspection team” are an absolute disgrace. They should be fired for selling me a vehicle that was NOT in proper condition to be on the lot, much less handed off to a customer. The so-called “150-point inspection” is a complete SCAM! It’s a joke, and the fact that I had to pay a car note AND a rental out of my own pocket because the warranty company wouldn’t cover it until they inspected the vehicle is unforgivable. To top it all off, I had to drive the SUV to Bob Moore GMC on NW Expressway, where at least I was greeted by Heath, a customer service rep who seemed like a decent person, unlike the rest of the staff at Bob Moore Audi. To anyone considering buying from Bob Moore Audi, BEWARE. These people don’t care about customers, unless you're dropping $100,000 on a car. My Carfax didn’t even list the things they supposedly “checked,” so clearly they didn’t do anything at all. I will NEVER do business with this place again, and I certainly won’t be referring anyone to them. This is exactly why car salesmen get such a bad reputation – because they cannot be trusted! More
