I got the perfect Corolla for my 17-year-old daughter at a great price, thanks to their 4.99% rate promo (ending tomorrow). Mark was incredibly kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help us. Huge thanks to Simone Minor as well — she was so friendly and patient while teaching my daughter how to use the Toyota app. If you're looking for a car, I highly recommend this dealership and especially Mark. Don’t miss the promotion if you can make it by tomorrow — but even after that, this is still the best spot to buy a car!

Do not purchase a car from Jim Norton Toyota. They told me that my car passed their inspection but days after buying the car, service icons came up on the dashboard and I had to take the car in to be serviced. I took my car to a Honda dealership and they couldn’t believe that I just purchased my vehicle. My car did not pass Honda’s inspection and Honda found a list of issues with the vehicle; there was an oil pump leak, the car had a faulty sub relay box, both rain edges needed to be replaced, and the rear shocks were leaking. I had to pay over $3,000 in repairs for a vehicle I just purchased. In addition, their customer service, especially over the phone is horrendous. I was repeatedly transferred, told a manager would call me(they never did), and no one ever returned my voicemails. I filed a complaint with the BBB and I am considering taking legal action to hold Jim Norton accountable.
