Muller Honda's Service Dept. continues to be excellent. During the past twenty-five years, I've bought three cars from this dealership and had all of them serviced there.
Service Advisors Dennis Peña and Cassandra While are especially helpful and knowledgeable -- they always take care of my Odysseys' needs like I'm a member of their family!
This week, one of my tires kept losing pressure. With no appointment, I drove to Muller and requested help. Even though it was late in the day and the Service Dept. was busy, they squeezed me into their schedule and checked the car while I waited. Not only did they find two nails in the tire I'd been having trouble with, they found a nail in ANOTHER tire which I hadn't even asked them about! They took close-up photos of the nails, and showed them to me.
They installed a new tire free-of-charge (it was covered by a road-damage warranty) and repaired the second tire. After 1-1/2 hours' work on the car, the entire visit cost me $35!
I cannot say enough good things about Muller's Service Dept. -- it is, simply, the best.
