I had lost a key fob in our parking lot, which is currently in a snow bank, and went in to get a replacement. The service department had a key fob in stock and was able to schedule me in that same afternoon to have it programmed.

After an exhausative internet search I came across the perfect car at this dealership for our replacement car. Erica was awesome! Very professional, attentive, friendly, personable and honest! I had a million questions that she patiently answered. I was somewhat leary of traveling out of state to make a car purchase, but after arriving and learning the history of this dealership and their committment to their customers and the community it just felt right. I didn't have the ususal butterflies in my stomach when talking with a sales associate of a pre-owned vehicle. I felt at ease and knew we had made the right decision. Very happy that we can count Erica as our sales advisor. I plan on returning to let Taylor Cadillac service my car. Upon entering, we felt a warm welcoming presence. Took my 22 Yukon in for a recall. No service lights were on when I took it to Winters GMC. They did the L87 recall checks and somehow the knock sensor wires came out of the housing. Now I owe them $350 to fix my vehicle. I’m sure the wires were damaged by the mechanic. Don’t worry I pay for your mistake. Thanks Jim Winters!

They kept the vehicle for the time they needed to fix it so I didnt have to go back. I never felt inconvenienced as they gave me a curtisy car so I could conintue with my normal schedule. 2 failed engines and numerous Electrical issues on lease - Sickofit

This dealer is incompetent and u professional. They do not return calls and have no regard for the substandard care they sell and lease. Leased 2013 ATS. 4 cylinder. Needed a. new motor at 15000 miles and then again at 180000. Cue was also a failure. In the shop for weeks. Loaner ATS failed and the dealer did nothing. I had to call them back every time and car can't be fixed Would not recommend GM or this dealer to my worst enemy.
