We leased our Hummer EV SUV today and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Our salesperson, Oge, was absolutely the best. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure we were completely comfortable with the payment and truly happy with the deal. What really impressed us was how hard Oge worked behind the scenes to make everything comes together. He was determined to get us a payment we were comfortable with, and he didn’t stop until we were completely happy. You could tell he truly cared about us as customers, not just about making a sale. That level of dedication is rare and it meant so much to us. Oge was also extremely patient throughout the process. He listened carefully to all of our questions and concerns, paid close attention to the details we cared about, and always explained everything clearly. Special thank you's to Chris Esralante in the Sales area who was so helpful in resetting some of my system due to its reverting back to the factory settings after my service on Monday, He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and did a wonderful job. I do appreciate your having him on your staff! In the Service dept. on Monday, only Anthony and Roger were there checking in and helping those who had appts. Anthony C. did a patient and good explanation of the newer GM cost plans now in effect, which I hadn't known about. Seeing how super busy the service area is, hopefully the dealership will be able to hire more service associates and GM mechanics to help expedite clients' services. Thank you for this opportunity to review the dealership.

After having a major engine repair I took my car for a trip out of town. While driving the check engine light came on. A local service center found a loose connector on one of the coil packs. Very disappointeing

We highly recommend Champion in Brighton for their outstanding customer service. From the time we entered the door, being greeted by the staff to the time we spoke with both the new vehicle and used salesperson, we were treated with respect with a no pressure approach. Our questions were answered thoroughly and professionally. Before we went to Champion, we went to four other dealerships and none of them came close to the experience we had at Champion. In addition, we were open to several different SUV brands like Honda, Toyota etc in addition to the Buick brand. The exceptional customer care we experienced at Champion sold us on the Buick Envision. Even after the sale, the salesperson remained available to answer our questions. I highly recommend the dealership which has trained their staff on the merits of customer service.

Went to Todd Wenzel today to get help with my wheels. Although they were closed for service due to a power outage, they took a look at my issue and helped fix the problem right away! Can't thank them enough for going out of their way to help. Awesome team.

Horrid experience, first no one greets you as they are relaxing around the front desk having a chat like its tea time. Then, it took longer than it needed to as they finished their conversation. Next, Business development team told me to come look at a used car that was out for repair that was not even on their property. Thereafter, Used car sales manager Brent Morley got very offended, rude, and belligerent (even swore at me) when asking questions about the price. This behavior is childish and very unprofessional regardless of if I am right or wrong. I probably would have bought the car if he didn't go on an outrage over a question he did not want to answer about the vehicle. My sales person however, was as kind and as sympathetic as can be about the whole interaction, even if it was fake or not. If anything promote her to Used Car Sales manager as she knows how to be professional, kind, and act like an adult.
