I would leave zero if I could. $279.00 to change the oil in my truck $239.00 to change the fuel filter, and they never rotated the tires. Disappointing experience…sales staff plays the typical games…told three times “this is our best price”. Had to play along for several weeks to finally make a cash deal on a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir…plus games…told three times “this is our best price”. I’m an experienced car buyer and my father was in the business, so we know “the game”, but it was just painful to go thru it. AND, to take delivery of a dirty car in the end was the final straw. No follow-up…no Buick experience questionnaire… The finance person was pleasant…but I guess paying in cash does that…haha …but then we didn’t receive our title from the SOS. Called them to order us another…no help, just told us to call them ourselves….ooook, I I guess the money we paid you for it does not include any service effort on your part. Would not recommend this dealership More
