This is my regular dealer for car maintenance on my 2019 Jetta. For this visit specifically, my start button wouldn’t turn over the engine and my dash lights went crazy. I called the service line explained what I was seeing, and Justin had me come to the dealer for a battery test asap. I had 9% remaining (I’d gotten 7 years out of the original battery) and he was able have it replaced same day. This was a huge relief because I had a lot of places to go this week & didn’t want to chance a third instance of not getting the car to start. I am very appreciative of Justin and his calm, friendly, efficient assistance. Thank you!

Sadly I have watched my Mom get jerked around by the clowns in the "service" department. My Mom was having problems with her Subaru going dead, randomly. I checked the battery terminals and they were covered with corrosion. I asked my Mom why the didn't clean the terminals when they've had it in for "service", she said because they wanted to charge her to clean them up. These were beyond corroded. I cleaned up the battery posts and the connectors, problem solved. If you want to pay a premium for service and get the bare minimum, maple hill is the place for ypu

Pleasantly surprised - BMWGIRL

I was PLEASANTLY surprised with how much I enjoyed my experience. I HAVE A “favorite” dealership that I’ve purchased 4 cars from and always go there. The ONLY reason I even came to look at Taylor Volkswagon was bc we know Kevin Modd that works in the service department. We were met in the parking lot by a VERY nice, down to earth, genuine gentleman named Kay Boakye who made our buying experience nice and EASY!!! Shawn Smith was also easy to work with and understood how to get me to agree to the deal!!! Then I was SO THRILLED to see Judy in financing!!! We have dealt with her in the past and she was just great so I was glad to work with her again!!!
