Our truck blew a high pressure radiator hose a thousand miles from home and after calling around, these guys were the only ones that said they could get it fixed that day or possibly the next. When we got there, not only did they have both parts that we needed in stock but the tech was very very nice and had us back on the road in about an hour. Everyone we spoke to was very kind. They could have easily told us that they were so backed up with other repairs like the other dealerships, but they didn't and for that we are forever thankful.

I started researching on-line, as well as visiting a few local Ford dealers for a 2024 Ford Bronco Sport and found quite a few vehicles that looked like possibilities. My wife and I happened to drive by D-Patrick Ford in Boonville and we decided to stop in. We were greeted by Shane who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer all our questions we had at the time. Though no deal transpired during our 1st meeting, for some reason I turned to my wife and said I hope this is the guy we land up getting a deal done with. Sure enough, it wasn't long before Shane notified us he found the exact Ford Bronco Sport we were looking for at their Lebanon location. He was very helpful through the whole process, including explaining the many options the Bronco Sport has. My wife and I were both exceptionally pleased with our experience with this dealership! On December 12th, 2023, we dropped our Ford F150 off at Greenwood Ford for some minor Collison repairs. My experience with this has been very unpleasant. On February 7th, 2024, I was told by Cliff that the truck was complete and ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, I noticed there were missing parts and I detected flat spots on my tires from the negligence of this facility. I brought this to the attention of the service manager. After reviewing the situation, he stated that my tires were a result of suspension issue. As a result, they were not willing to cover any cost associated with replacing the tires. According to Greenwood Ford’s website, the service technicians are “Highly trained to conduct comprehensive inspections and repairs”. If my vehicle had a suspension issues, why was this not brought to my attention during my regular scheduled maintenance or my multi point inspections. All of which have been conducted at Greenwood Ford since I purchased the truck in April of 2022. On Saturday Feb 25th, 2024 I had to purchase new tires. The cost of those tires were $1646.69. This could have been easily avoided if your “Highly trained technicians” took care of my truck while it was in their possession. I urge you to avoid this dealer ship and any dealership that operates under Renshaw Auto Group.
